This Expression of Interest (EOI) is issued by the Region of Waterloo (ROW) for the purposes of identifying a service provider to operate a new emergency shelter site under the Emergency Shelter Program. This emergency shelter site would provide up to 50 spaces. The successful respondent may be contracted to deliver emergency shelter at the new site for a period of 2 years, with the option to renew subject to ongoing funding and the Region’s performance evaluation of the successful respondent during the term of the contact. INSTRUCTIONS - Go to The Region of Waterloo’s bidding site and search for EOI2022-05 to view the documents and ensure that they are applicable to your agency. The documents will be available in PDF format for viewing only. Note - the documents contain a watermark that states “PREVIEW ONLY”. For users that currently do not have a yearly paid subscription account with the Region of Waterloo's bidding site (bidsandtenders.ca) the cost for a yearly unlimited subscription is $399.00 CAD per year, or the Pay-Per-Bid cost is $119.76 CAD per bid.
